This program has been setup for a couple of reasons:
- To improve our members skills on all saberstyles.
- To make sure all our members get the training they want.
- To make sure our old members(trainers) are able to pass there skills to a next generation.
- Trainers are appointed to students because its more clear for everybody and to make sure a trainer does not get too many students at the same time, as this would be unfair to the other students.
- To have a overview of our members skill levels and progress in the clan itself.
The things you will be taught in this program are the following:
- How to fight any style of saber
- How to act and react in combat
- How to behave in a honorable matter in duels
- How to get ready for you trials (more details on this later)
- How to act in a TFFA
- How to enter and play tournaments
The students:
-It's the duty of all members to remind newcomers that this program is here and that they need to register on the forum!
-To be part of this program you need to apply on the so-called thread, in other words it's up to you if you want to train or not.
-To be a student you need to have a good amount of patience, good behavior, the will to learn, and you need to be active.
-Please listen to our trainers, they know what they are doing and saying. Show respect at all times and learn from them what you can.
-Keep in mind that all our trainers have their own way of training and all have their own style of fighting. Respect this at all times
-Students are always welcome to ask anybody for help or tips. Keep in mind though ... it's your trainer who is appointed to you that is responsible for your progress in the ranks.
-The student can request a certain trainer but this will not be promised !

The trainer:
-The trainers are promoted by the Sage Master .
-To become a trainer you have to have the rank Veteran Knight/Sith Blademaster.
-To become a trainer you need to be able to explain/show patience/have a sort of skill level/show you can care about your student and are able to be honest to him/her.
-Our trainers all had to do their trails to become our clans trainers. These trials are there so we can be sure that the quality of trainers is on a good level.

-Our trainers have multiple ranks that shows the skill level of these members, for more details go here (ranking system)
-Our trainers have all made the promise they will do there jobs / if the Sage Master notices or gets complaints about a trainer he or she will take action that could result in a trainer demotion or the removal of the trainers path.
-The trainer is responsible for the students progress in the ranks.
-Keep in mind that all our trainers have their own way of training and all have their own style of fighting. Respect this at all times
-The trainer can only hold the trial for the {I} to {K}
-Trainers are not allowed to judge other trainers while they are training in front of the student. This will look very stupid and shows no respect to the other trainer.
The Sage:
- The sage will be promoted by the Sage Master.
- The sage is a trainer for more experienced members of the clan so these can update there skills or remove the rust after inactivity.
- The sage has the same function as the trainer only she or he will be applied with more experienced students to train.
- To become a sage, the Sage Master will ask you when she /he feels its time for you to do the trials for sage.
- These trials will not have a pre-coordinated plan. These will happen purely out of judgement of the Sage Master.
- The Sage can only hold the trial for the {P} to {VK}
The Consul:
- The Consul is the 2nd in command over the trainingprogram, he/she needs to do the duty's of the Sage Master when he/she is not around.
- The Consul will only be picked by the Sage Master.
- The Consul has to inform the Sage Master of everything he/she has been doing /depends on the wishes of the Sage Master themself.
- The Consul can hold trials from {P} to {HK}
The Sagemaster:
- The Sage Master will only be picked by the Grandmasters
- The Sage Master (besides the Grandmasters) is responsible for the trainingprogram including promotions / trials / trainers and students
- The goal task of the Sage Master is to improve the skills and quality of our clan's members.
- The Sage Master can hold trials from {P} to {HK}
- The Sage Master can hold trials for the ranks Trainer/Sage/Consul
